What is done in our acutely profit minded business society and bottom lines speaks louder than what is verbally said. Our actions carry the weight of our personal & professional destiny. Therefore, the power of the unspoken word through non verbal communication has more power than what is said with the words of our mouth.

  1. Is there real power in non verbal communication?
  2. Where is its place in your workplace?
  3. What do you know about your non verbal communication skills?
  4. What is spoken (do you convey) when you say nothing?
  5. How do you improve your non verbal communication skills?
